This was my grand accomplishment of last weekend. I:

*Sorted my clothes into three piles, "Keep", "Ebay", and "Goodwill"

*Conducted the biannual and always festive seasonal celebration, "Changing of the closets"

*Moved all my clothes from my old dresser into the new armoire (pictured)

I am delighted, as the new armoire holds everything that was in my old dresser, as well as things I had stored in cubbies in my closet (jeans, beaded sweaters). And there's still some space!

I am also a little awed. Finally having all of my non-hanger-requiring clothes in one spot had led me to a conclusion I never expected, which is that I really, truly have enough cashmere sweaters, and its OK to stop buying them on ebay and leave some size 36 Pringles for the rest of the world.
