This weekend, walking through Carroll Gardens on our way to General Nightmare to drool over midcentury mod furniture that is currently beyond our means, me and the BF stumbled across the best stoop sale ever. The BEST. Not in price, but as in full of all the great vintage stuff that I love but almost never find at stoop sales. We left with some neat drinking glasses with zodiac signs, a new bowl for our keys (metal souveneir with map of florida), and three vintage patterns.

Then, a few blocks laters, I scored this beautiful, somewhat dilapidated orangey-red satin/lace overlay vintage party dress for $2.00 I need to figure out how to work around the many rips in the lace on the bodice, but it fits perfectly!
