New fabric from this weekend's trip to Gaffney's! Clockwise from top right - a purple, navy, and other color seersucker, a black and white boucle (unknown fiber content, but at 99 cents for a jackets worth, who's asking?), and a lilac eyelet. If the eyelet looks familiar, yes, I already own it in coral pink and made a dress out of it, but I like lilac better than coral, and the lilac was new! Plus, I found a cute little white leather belt at a thrift store this weekend, which cleaned up quite nicely with the aid of little bro's sneaker cleaner.

The downside is on our way, en route to the (very) early train in Philly, we were mugged. We is me and the BF. We're both OK, but rattled. The guy got some cash, both our cell phones, and the BF's wallet. We filed a report and everything, like good citizens, but what was meant to be a day of sewing turned into a day of waiting in police stations and trying to replace our cell phones at reasonable prices (still trying on that one).
